Commissioner Nancy Jester will host six countywide Town Halls for DeKalb County taxpayers to discuss and offer public input to public works issues with a focus on water billing, sanitation, and roads. DeKalb County iCEO Lee May and all members of the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners are invited to attend.

DeKalb Commissioner Nancy JesterDeKalb County taxpayers will have the opportunity to share their problems with these areas and offer recommendations to improve these services in DeKalb County. Senior Staff from DeKalb County in each Department associated with public works will be in attendance to meet with taxpayers and facilitate assistance with specific requests for assistance and help.

“Every dollar spent – or not spent – in DeKalb County government comes from, and belongs to, the taxpayers of DeKalb County. It is important to me that DeKalb County taxpayers have the opportunity to tell their elected public servants and the senior staff their problems and to offer input as to ways we can improve these services in DeKalb County,” said Commissioner Nancy Jester.
