The CID is working with the landscape architecture professionals at TSW to create a vibrant, cohesive plan for dramatic visual improvements. TSW is in the process of creating short-, immediate- and long-range beautification strategies targeting a number of key areas throughout the district.
The CID will enhance the usability and appearance for some of the more visible spaces with new streetscaping – improved sidewalks, landscape, lighting, signage and other fixtures. In addition, TSW will generate plans to install sod for better ground cover and new planting to accentuate curb appeal and appearance. While the landscaping plans are in development, the CID continues the regular upkeep of right-away- spaces through routine mowing and debris removal.
