New Business

Macy’s

Stone Mountain CID welcomes the 1 million square foot Macy’s distribution center as the largest, new CID member. Located off of Sarr Parkway in Stone Mountain, the facility services the Bloomingdale’s and Macy’s stores located in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina and South Carolina. Nine percent of all Macy’s receipts are processed through this location.
The property also houses the transportation and satellite offices for Furniture & Bedding / Table Top Special Order Group, Vendor Direct Operations / Onboarding and ML’s Reporting Group.

Seefreid Properties
The Seefreid Properties building construction on Greer Circle is progressing quite nicely! The 189,000 square-foot building will have 41 dock doors and a rear-load configuration with 32 feet of height clearance and is available for immediate lease. The building will be move-in ready within approximately two months.

For more information on leasing space contact Doug Smith at 678.904.1919 or Joseph Kriss at 678-904-1910.
